Okay, so by now everybody knows that Windows Vista had some application compatibility issues. Most of those have been worked out, of course, but battle-scarred IT pros no doubt have concerns about Windows 7: Will it bring a new set of compatibility issues?

Microsoft says "probably not," owing to the core similarities between Vista and 7. And, in fact, the same compatibility fix that works in Vista should also work in Windows 7, as this video demonstrates:
